Wild Side of the Park

   Something is Slithering at Audubon !

   This summer "Grits" the corn snake has been added to "Millie" the rabbit as part of many nature programs available at Audubon State Historic Site.  They in turn join the barnyard flock of chickens, ducks, geese, cows and the ever present " Gus" the turkey in providing visitors a chance to reach out and touch the natural world at the site.
